Saturday
10:15 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. - Boxing - All genders - 12yrs and up
11:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - Saturday Strength - All genders / Adult
Sunday
10:15 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. - Boxing - All genders - 12yrs and up
11:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - Sunday Strength & Stretch - All genders / Adult

Trial classes must be booked through the calendar below.
Drop-in classes are $15 to be paid by e-transfer or exact cash and must be booked through the calendar below. If you arrive for class and have not booked ahead of time, we will have to turn you away.
Before attending your very first class, please be sure to e-mail laura@underdogsboxing.org to sort out paperwork, and boxing gloves and hand wraps.
In order to best plan our classes and ensure we have room for everyone, all classes must be booked through the calendar option on the Classes page, even if you are planning a drop-in or trial class. Unfortunately, if you attend without having booked your class, we won’t be able to accommodate your attendance.
Classes can be scheduled between 7 days (recommended) and two hours ahead of time. If you do not see the time slot available, it either means it’s not available for scheduling or it means it’s full. You also won’t see it if the class is fewer than two hours away. You can cancel a booking up to 24 hours in advance. Fewer than 24 hours notice of cancellation will result in a $10 cancellation fee. If no one has scheduled to attend class before two hours ahead of the class time, there will not be a class.
